Academic year commences in April and ends in March
The school is following CBSE curriculum and CCE guidelines with a grading system reflecting scholastic as well as co-scholastic areas .Project work and Oral testing emphasize the importance on self exploration and presentation skills.A strong academic curriculum is followed with emphasis on experimential learning through planned class activities,audio visual aids and multiple intelligence lesson plans.
At our Pre-primary level the children are assessed on the basis of day to day observation ,through general discussion and revision worksheets.A checklist /report card is also prepared at the end of each term to verify the child`s conceptual learning.
At our Primary and Middle school level the student`s performance is evaluated on the basis of periodic assessment,project work as well as two formal examinations ,one in each semester.Children are given exposure to both individual and group project work.Due credit is given to regularity,punctuality,regular and timely submission of assignments .All SUPW/activities opted by the student will be performance oriented.Every child should score a satisfactory grade in the same.
Minimum 40% must be secured in aggregate and in each subject for getting promotion to next class.
